I have spent more than three years building sites and automations, and I have delivered over twenty projects. There is no sales team here: when you write in, I answer, and I am the same person who builds your site.
Questions I get all the time
What if I have no copy or photos?
I write the copy from what you tell me. The photos do need to be yours, even phone photos, because they are of your business. If you have none, I tell you which to take and how.
Is the site mine or yours?
The domain is in your name from day one. The site lives on my server while you pay the monthly fee, and if one day you want to take it with you, tell me and we sort it out.
Why is there a monthly fee?
Because a site is not delivered and forgotten. The domain has to be paid, the server maintained, security renewed and someone has to keep an eye on it. I would rather charge a small fee than everything up front.
How long does it take?
One week for the Landing and the Full website, counting from when you send the photos. The Store takes two to three weeks because of loading products and setting up payments.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you start with a Landing and in six months you want the Full website, you only pay the setup difference and the monthly fee adjusts.
What if I cannot pay one month?
I message you after five days, in case it slipped your mind. After fifteen the site is paused and shows a «back soon» notice. After thirty I take it down, but I keep a full backup for two months: come back within that window and I put it back exactly as it was. The domain is yours either way.
